A warm embrace between South African President Cyril Ramaphosa and Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Russia-Africa Summit has been analysed the world over. Speaking at a working dinner hosted by Putin, Ramaphosa defended the recent African peace mission to Moscow and Kyiv. He explained that African leaders will continue to call for peace as the war in Ukraine is directly affecting this continent.
