Milton Nkosi is a chairman of MMN International Consulting, specialising in media, advisory and reputation. He is the former  BBC News Africa Bureaux Chief and South Asia Bureaux Editor. He served as a trustee on the board of Warwick University's Warwick in Africa Programme.

Duma Gqubule | Senior Research Fellow Africa Asia Dialogues

Duma Gqubule is a Senior Research Fellow at Africa Asia Dialogues (Afrasid).  He is a financial journalist, analyst, researcher and advisor on issues of economic development and transformation. He worked for the Black Economic Empowerment Commission, co-authoring the commission’s landmark report, and was editor of ‘Making Mistakes, Righting Wrongs: Insights into Black Economic Empowerment.

Afeera Firdous | Non-Resident Research Fellow Afrasid

Afeera Firdous is a Research Fellow at Africa Asia Dialogues (Afrasid).  She is a Research Lead at Pakistan. Now, a digital media channel. She previously worked with Center for International Strategic Studies (CISS) as Associate Research Officer for three and a half years. She holds M.Phil. in Strategic Studies from National Defence University Islamabad. She has worked on various strategic and policy issues including counter extremism and counter terrorism, nuclear issue specifically in South Asian region, cyberspace, and information warfare. 

Mustafa Mheta

Mustafa Mheta PhD | Research Fellow Afrasid

He holds a Doctor of Literature and Philosophy (DLitt et Phil) from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. His research interests are in Contemporary African Politics, Islam and Politics, Feminism and Islam, Religion and Ethics, Land Reform in Southern Africa and Education.
